     I am 
writing you today to just let you know how much Brian and I valued your services.  After we interviewed you and three other Realtors there was no doubt in our minds that you were the right agent for the job.  We, like so many consumers these days, were waiting to see if all you seemed to offer would be everything you delivered.
     Our every expectation of you and your services was exceeded.  The personal home stager you selected was outstanding.  Her ability to imagine and portray a home for showing was right on target for the market we were targeting.  The professional photographer took photos for the MLS and house brochures that displayed the very best image of our home.
    The office staff at Keller Williams was more than just voices scheduling showings of our home.  They each took a personal interest in my specific preferences and requests.  They spent time answering my every question even when they were busy with other calls, I was never rushed.  They gave me a comfort level that I did not think could exist while having perspective buyers browse my home.
     Your diligence and hard work never faltered.  We were never out of touch with you.  At times when you felt we were not all on the same page you took the time to inquire our feelings and simply reassure us that we were still working on the same goals.  Your personal attention to every detail from prior to listing right up until closing has now raised the bar of our expectation of what realtor services should provide to clients.  Thank you for all of your hard work and personal touches that made this house sale such a rewarding experience for our entire family.
